PRICE LIST
Our retail customers receive a list of all fish in our warehouse and their current price. This list changes weekly to reflect its pricing and inventory. This list is either received by fax transmission, or through our Retailer Login on our website.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

TERMS
C.O.D prepayment or certified cheque until credit is approved.
All invoices are net from date of invoice.
1.5 percent per month will be charged on overdue accounts. All payments will first be applied against overdue charges.

BOX & PACKING MATERIAL CHARGES
All tropical fish will be packed in high density expanded polyfoam boxes with outer cardboard carton. Cold water fish, such as goldfish, may be packed in a high density cardboard carton. Heat-pack or ice-pack may be used during packing, depending on season or type of species.

GUARANTEE & CLAIMS
Replacement or Credit will be issued after contacting the office.
All Claims on Livestock must be reported to Fran with 24 hours.
